Shipping Policy

VolTrust ships from multiple warehouse locations to help customers receive products faster and more efficiently.

Shipping Locations

Our current warehouse coverage includes:

- U.S. West Coast Warehouse
- U.S. Central Warehouse
- U.S. East Coast Warehouse
- Germany Warehouse

Orders are usually shipped from the warehouse that offers the most suitable delivery option based on product availability, customer location, lithium battery shipping requirements, and carrier service coverage.

Shipping Areas

VolTrust currently supports shipping to eligible locations in the United States and selected European regions.

Shipping availability may vary depending on:

- Product type
- Warehouse inventory
- Battery shipping restrictions
- Customer address
- Carrier service coverage
- Order size or weight

Some remote areas, islands, PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted delivery zones may not be eligible for battery shipment. If your address cannot be served, our support team will contact you after reviewing your order.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, inventory transfer periods, bulk order processing, address verification, or carrier scheduling.

For pre-order, backorder, customized, or bulk orders, processing time will be confirmed separately.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on warehouse location, delivery address, carrier schedule, and product type.

General delivery estimates:

- U.S. warehouse orders: approximately 3–8 business days after shipment
- Germany warehouse orders: approximately 3–10 business days after shipment within eligible regions
- Bulk or freight orders: delivery time may vary

Delivery estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, local delivery conditions, customs checks, holidays, or other circumstances beyond VolTrust’s control.

Lithium Battery Shipping

Lithium batteries are regulated products and may require special shipping arrangements.

For safety and carrier compliance, some VolTrust battery products may be shipped by:

- Ground shipping
- Freight shipping
- Designated battery-approved carriers
- Special handling service

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Large or heavy battery products may require appointment delivery, freight handling, or signature confirmation.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

- Product type
- Order quantity
- Delivery location
- Warehouse location
- Package weight and size
- Carrier method

If free shipping is available for a product or promotion, it will be shown on the product page, cart page, or checkout page.

Additional fees may apply for remote areas, special freight delivery, failed delivery attempts, address changes, or customer-requested delivery services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email or made available through your order account.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking information does not update for several business days, please contact VolTrust Support for assistance.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, especially when the order includes batteries, chargers, accessories, or products from different warehouse locations.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, wet, punctured, opened, or seriously deformed, please take photos before opening or using the product.

Contact VolTrust Support within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Order number
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the product
- A short description of the issue

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, building management, front desk, mailbox or parcel locker area, or local carrier office.

If the package still cannot be located, contact VolTrust Support with your order number and tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

VolTrust is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missed delivery appointment, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to carrier contact, the package may be returned to the warehouse.

Additional shipping fees, return fees, storage fees, or handling fees may apply.

Please do not refuse delivery or return a lithium battery package without contacting VolTrust first.

Warehouse Transfer

In some cases, products may need to be transferred between warehouses before shipment. This may slightly extend processing time.

If an order is affected by warehouse transfer or temporary inventory shortage, VolTrust will contact the customer with updated shipping information.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the local warehouse region, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or confirmed in writing by VolTrust.
