VolTrust ships from multiple warehouse locations, including U.S. West Coast, U.S. Central, U.S. East Coast, and Germany warehouses. Orders are usually shipped from the warehouse that offers the most suitable delivery option based on inventory and customer location.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, inventory transfers, or bulk order handling.

U.S. warehouse orders usually take approximately 3–8 business days after shipment. Germany warehouse orders usually take approximately 3–10 business days within eligible regions. Delivery time may vary by carrier, address, product type, and local conditions.

Lithium batteries are regulated products and may require ground shipping, freight shipping, or battery-approved carriers. Some addresses may not be eligible for battery shipment due to carrier restrictions.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email or made available through your order account. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.

Please take photos of the outer package, shipping label, and product before using it. Contact VolTrust Support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos for review.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors, building management, front desk, mailbox area, or local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact VolTrust Support.

Please contact VolTrust as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Some remote areas, islands, military addresses, PO boxes, or restricted delivery zones may not be eligible for lithium battery shipment. If your address cannot be served, our team will contact you after order review.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or confirmed in writing by VolTrust.
